Assistant Professor at the Allergie-Centrum-Charité at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin (2004-2005). Since 2005, full professor at Charité. Coordinator of the GA²LEN urticaria centers of reference and excellence (UCARE) network. Coordinator of the National Priority Programme “Physiological functions of mast cells”. Chair of the WAO skin allergy committee. 450+ publications in peer-review journals (h-index: 82; >24.000 citations; IF: >2100), 37+ books and book chapters.
